our studio in Bangkok
Kindleo facilitates considered, well-paced workshops for teams holding real questions. We bring the structure; your team brings the brief.
Back to homehow we started
Kindleo opened on Witthayu Road in 2019, after several of our founding facilitators had spent years inside large organisations watching well-meaning innovation work get lost in slide decks. The studio was set up around a simple working idea: that the best moments in a workshop happen when a room slows down, picks up a pen, and draws a question before talking about it.
Our work is facilitation. We do not deliver finished products or take over a team's roadmap. We design and run sessions that help cross-functional groups frame an opportunity, generate honest options, narrow on the strongest two, and put first-cut concepts on paper that the team can carry forward themselves.
Over the past several years we have run sprints with food and beverage operators in Bangkok, capability series with banking and insurance teams across Southeast Asia, and short critique sessions for design groups working on new physical products. The brief changes; the studio rhythm stays the same — frame the question, draw the options, read them back together.
The studio sits in Lumphini, a few minutes from Phloen Chit BTS, and is set up to host groups of six to twelve in a quiet, well-lit room with plenty of butcher paper and wall space. We also travel to client sites across Thailand and the wider region when a workshop reads better in the team's own building.
the people in the room
Each Kindleo session is led by a senior facilitator with a long tail of cross-functional workshop experience.

Senior Facilitator
Background in service design. Runs the capability series and writes the facilitator handbooks teams keep after each engagement.
Concept Reader
Reads in-progress concepts for our critique sessions. Long career in product strategy across Southeast Asia.
Workshop Producer
Coordinates studio logistics, on-site setups, and the written records that go to clients after each session.
how we hold our work
We sign mutual NDAs before scoping, never reuse client material in case work without permission, and store session records on encrypted studio drives.
Every workshop closes with a readable record — written brief, sketch photographs, and next questions. No slide deck theatre.
Sessions are led by facilitators with a minimum of seven years of practice. Junior staff observe and produce; they do not run rooms alone.
Sessions can run in English, Thai, or both, with handbook materials produced in the language the team will actually use day-to-day.
We follow Thailand's PDPA in handling participant details and any personal data shared during fieldwork or interviews. Records are deleted on request.
If a workshop isn't yet the right step, we say so before quoting. We'd rather suggest a small reading session than sell a sprint into the wrong moment.
Kindleo exists to support teams in Thailand and the wider region who carry interesting questions and want a careful outside hand on how to think about them. Our values are old-fashioned in the best way. We believe in showing up on time, listening longer than we speak, and writing things down so the room can return to them later. We believe ideas read better on paper before they read on a screen, because paper makes hand-shaped marks the screen flattens.
We are a studio of practitioners, not consultants. The people facilitating your session are also the people drawing alongside your team, taking notes by hand, and reading back what they heard at the end of the day. Our facilitators come from product, service design, retail operations, and front-line research, and they bring those reflexes into every brief. The studio's location on Witthayu Road keeps us within walking distance of much of central Bangkok, and we are comfortable travelling to client sites in Phuket, Chiang Mai, and across Southeast Asia when a workshop reads better in the team's own building.
Whether your team needs a two-day sprint to frame and narrow concepts, a six-session capability arc to bring lighter innovation rhythms in-house, or a single half-day reading of work-in-progress concepts, we shape the format around the question rather than the other way round. Our written outputs — briefs, sketches, next questions — are designed to be picked up and used by the team next week, not filed and forgotten.
A short call costs nothing. Tell us about your team and the question you're holding.
