readings from clients

What teams say after a session.

Honest readings from clients across Thailand and the region. We've kept the language plain — these are working notes, not marketing lines.

Sirinya Kaewkham

Product Lead, Bangkok

The two-day sprint was the most useful workshop our team has run. The facilitator kept the framing honest without rushing us, and we walked out with a written brief we actually used the following Monday.

Head of Service Design, Chiang Mai

We took the capability series across two months. The handbook the team kept afterwards has been read more than any deck I've ever sent around. Quietly excellent work — would have liked the sessions slightly closer together.

The concept critique gave our team an outside reading we'd been quietly missing. The written notes per concept were specific, kind, and clearly the work of someone who'd actually read the material rather than skimmed it.

They came on-site to our hotel group and ran a sprint with twelve of us. The pace was steady, the read-back at the end of day two was the part that stuck — having someone narrate our own thinking back to us was unexpectedly useful.

A studio that respects how people actually think. We ran the series in Thai and English, and both versions of the handbook felt written for our team rather than templated. The one note: bring snacks.

After two days of drawing on butcher paper our team had the cleanest concept brief I've read in years. No theatrics, no rushed convergence — just careful framing and a steady hand.

Three short engagement readings

Case one — hospitality group

Reframing a guest-arrival moment

Challenge

The group had three competing concepts for redesigning the first ten minutes of a guest's arrival, with an internal review meeting scheduled in three weeks.

Format

A two-day sprint with twelve participants from operations, front desk, and brand teams.

Outcome

Two concepts were narrowed; a written brief and sketches were used in the review meeting that followed. The team reported a clearer set of next questions to put to their design partner.

Timeline

Two days on-site, one written brief delivered within five working days.

Case two — financial services team

Building a lighter internal cycle

Challenge

An eight-person product team wanted to run smaller framing-and-sketching cycles in-house rather than commissioning an outside workshop each quarter.

Format

The six-session capability series, delivered across two months, with a tailored facilitator handbook.

Outcome

By session six the team had run two of their own short framing sessions between Kindleo visits. They now run small sketching afternoons every six weeks without outside help.

Timeline

Six half-days across roughly two months, plus a follow-up call two weeks after closing.

Case three — consumer goods team

A reading before a stage-gate

Challenge

A small product team had four working concepts and a stage-gate decision in two weeks. They wanted an outside reading before further investment.

Format

A concept critique session with a senior advisor, including pre-read and written reading.

Outcome

Two concepts were carried forward, one was reshaped against specific reader notes, one was set aside. The team described the written critique as the most specific outside read they'd had on these concepts.

Timeline

Half-day session plus written reading delivered within five working days.
